room issues impact experience

thin walls disorganized service
the location was good it was near the subway station.
the noise was problematic i could hear conversations from other rooms the walls seemed thin this made it hard to sleep well also the breakfast service felt disorganized i was asked for my room number multiple times that felt odd.
